ENGLISH DEPARTMENT

This second grading period Students will learn and review the following topics.
Past Simple (be, regular and irregular) in affirmative, negative and questions.
Modal Verb Have To and Don’t Have To
Possessive Pronouns
Some and Any
Also everyweek they have to look for 30 vocabulary words and write the definition and a sentence with each word. The literature book will be switched between 6A and 6B. This way they have a different book to read and does not create an extra cost. Everytime a new topic is taught they will be evaluated through quizzes and work in class.
